Hi All, I need to repower my 2004 Albin. Can anyone please advise how the engines are best removed? They won't fit through the door and other than cutting out a portion of the rear cabin, I don't know what to do. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Re: Repower 35 Albin TE
While I’m not familiar with the engine removal on a 35, I have been around enough boats with limited access. If the port or starboard window frame was removed and the engine was stripped of its coolers and turbo, would the block fit through that opening? Cutting that aft bulkhead would be my last resort
