hydraulic steering .
I have dual steering on my fast trawler albin . Upper helm is hard to turn . Oil level is fine . any suggestion . Cant' find the bleeding valves . there are two Schrader nipples . Just like on car tire. System is sea star teleflex . Any help or advice would be most helpful.
