Dropped the 55kg Vetus thruster and original Yanmar 6LP starter off for reconditioning / rebuild on Saturday morning. They called today, both done. $325 for the thruster and $295 for the starter. I'm fine with the price but I have to ask...what exactly should be rebuilt or reconditioned for the cost? I know the brushes on the thruster and I am aware of the rebuild kit for the starter, but what else should I confirm was done for these rates?
