First Fluke Trip

Post by RobS »

No trophies to report but the Fishing forum is always in need of a post here and there.

Fluke opened May 1st but this was my first chance to get out.

Fished the afternoon drifting the outskirts of the Moriches Reef.
One short fluke, quite a few decent seabass (out of season :( ) including a would be keeper double header, and a couple dogfish and skate mixed in too.
No keepers but a beautiful ocean as you can see and it was good to get a little blood on the deck..
