Hello!
I found this forum while looking for info on a diesel engine, and found a very interesting topic, but i cant see the photos, so here is my introduction
I'm from the Netherlands, and drive some old Nissans trough the beautifull province of Fryslân, we have a bunch of pretty lakes and al lot of waterways, wich in the past were used to transport peat. This was dug out of the ground (even by my granddfather) laid to dry, and later moved by (man made and natural) waterways.
I'm a 36 year old male that goes by the name Jan.

Netherlands waterways are spectacularly beautiful; I am envious of your cruising grounds. Welcome aboard, we look forward to more posts and pix. I've actually sat by a peat fire, and it is a great source of warmth with a pleasant earthy aroma, like a campfire.
