Albin 30 Family Cruiser Fuel Tanks

Impressed by the design of the 30 Family Cruiser and considering purchasing one. A lot of boats in the 20-year age group have fuel tank issues. I am seeking information/experience with the fuel tanks for the 30 Family Cruiser.

(1) Where are the fuel tanks located?
(2) What kind of material are the fuel tanks made of?
(3) Any known problems with the fuel tanks?
(4) What is involved in replacing the fuel tanks?
