31 TE engine compartment hatch gas struts

I know it's probably been asked before, but I can't find a definitive answer. Need to replace gas struts on 31TE engine compartment hatch. Originals (2001) are too rusted / corroded to read stock numbers. Any help on replacements? Tks

Well this is interesting….. I’ve got a 31 and have no has struts. Have a pic?

Maybe different hatch configuration for twin engine boat.

I think the model number is still on mine. I'll post this weekend. I'm considering installing electric lift. My gas lifts rack my hatch making it hard to open

Thanks Rob,
Each of my two are apparently made by different manufacturers and I can only pick off a partial number on one of them with no manufacturer's name. I'll probably just pull one off and take to the Bansbach distributor in Melbourne, FL - just a few miles down the road. Starboard strut is bent slightly and affects the opening of the hatch - it rubs and scrapes on the starboad side just aft of the sink. Just trying to make life easier.

I forgot to look last weekend. But yes - mine scapes and jams too. Both are find but it's cocked. almost better without the struts on!
