Port/Stbd through hull deck drain flap
I need some help with repairing my drain flaps. I was thinking to replace the whole assembly or just the flap. 2004 Albin 28 express flush deck. Where can I get parts for this and best way to repair or replace it without lifting the boat out.

Re: Port/Stbd through hull deck drain flap
the white plastic out rings, for lack of better description on my boat cracked, I asked on this forum where I could get replacements, and no one had any suggestions, so I had SS steel ones fabricated, the problem I encountered was simply, I replaced every thru hull fitting and hose on the boat, and the new thru hull fitting was a larger outside diameter than the original, so the newly fabricated SS outer rings didn't fit, so I never put them on, and the boat has been fine without them, the new thru hull fitting had built in flapes, so that keeps out water and debris. Hope this helps.

Take a closer look but I think they are held in with screws like these. Remove and measure for replacements.

I believe they are a press fit into grooves in the outlet. As they age, the rubber shrinks and it is no longer a tight fit.
A dab of silicone should hold the original in place.
