I have 2005 flush deck with a a fish well dose anyone know what switch turns on the pump

On mine there is a switch labeled bait well on the right side of the helm panel. The pump is located on the port side of the battery box under the center hatch. It has a through hull lever that must be opened. The water outlet in the bait well can also be screwed in far enough to turn off the water flow so make sure that is adjusted to get the flow rate you want.

I have the same thing. This is the fish well in the deck It has a pump under the well.

I think your talking about the fish box in the floor? That is a macerator pump to get rid of ice melt, slime and fish scales. The switch panel to the right of the steering wheel should have a switch that says "macerator" . Put some water in there and it will empty it quickly. Be sure to winterize this by dumping in some pink stuff and pumping it out.
