Hello all,
I am looking at 1999 Et and would like to know what the hull core material is. Does this model have any history of wet coring?Where would be the obvious places to look?
Also I am interested in the process of backing this boat into a slip. The bridge site lines are challenging at best.Is the lower helm better?
Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Albin 36 express trawler
I believe the core on the 99s is balsa. They went to Airex a year or two later.
I back mine into our slip with no real difficulty, although it was a bit unnerving the first few times until I had a good frame of reference based on the edge of the hardtop.
