I am wrestling with the results of a survey on a 28 TE. Windows were leaking and moisture was found around the port Windows and port engine vent. When we short hauled her the moisture readings went down but not away.
There is moisture is in the hull, how much is debatable.
My question is.....how many of you have moisture in the hull and do you try and remediate it?
I plan to remove, replace and Rebed the Windows this fall as well as the vents.
Thanks.

Re: Wet Hull
My 96 ,survey showed a little moisture here and there by hatches etc, I was able to repair each deck hatch pull myself by digging out the wet core and drying it out over the winter, then epoxied the void and re drilled the deck hatch pull, I guess you could do similar repairs to port vents,Good luck, I hope others will weigh in,Pete
