Rob you did not mention the most important alarm that you installed......
The "LOW BEER" alarm.
And therefore ... the quick access beer delivery transom door project!
Yup. And no more humping the cooler over the gunnels! And it was no coincidence that i installed the Command Mic within reach of the fridge for when the Capt radios down from the bridge to the crew down below

Thanks for that! Are you DIY or will you hire someone? Hopefully you are DIY as my pictorial really lays it out nicely for you and your 6B's. This is easily something that can be done in stages anytime of the season, no reason to wait til layup...

Yes I will do the install myself.I am replacing the starboard heat exchanger now.I dropped it on its end 3 years ago when I had stripped the engine down to clean and paint. The rad shop could not get all the crinkles out and it would weep onto the exhaust and evaporate. It took until this fall to find why I kept losing antifreeze. Also changing antifreeze to the Cummins cc2850.Apparently I have to get all the old product out as not to contaminate the new.I don't have a drain cock any wear on the lowest part of the cooling system and am trying to sort out which plug to pull without making a big mess in the bilge. Also changing airseps and crankcase breather filters on both engines and a rusty fuel return line on port engine.Any tips where to drain coolant from to completely get it all out would be appreciated.
Happy to report in the Calif North Coast and Sierra's we are wet again after 4 years of just a taste of it. The Serra's saw 4' of new snow out of the present storm of about a week. On the No. Coast we are getting some rain almost daily. As I look at the Seattle, Wa. Weather it looks to be almost daily as well. Wonderful for the lake boaters and fisherman and the NW Islands will be green again next summer.
