iPhone and password problem

I am able to log in with my credentials n my PC. However, everytime I try to log in from my iPhone (Safari) it tells me I've exceeded the maximum number of attempts and now says my password is too simple. I tried to send the reactivation code and got nothing.

How do I reset this so I can login from my cell phone?

Sorry you're having trouble. Some email providers reject the automated email that our system sends. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. I will email you.

I kept trying, after about 10 attempts I got in and have it set to stay open. I think it had something to do with the "caps" going off-on with the iPhone that was causing the issue.

Glad you got it working. Yeah, touchscreen keyboards can be a pain. When entering a password, sometimes there's an icon on the right side of the entry line which can be toggled to make it visible. I always enable that.
