"Yachty" in 1 easy step,

Post by mackidaddy »

Want to make your 28 "yachty" in 1 easy step? Upgrade the helm chair with what is shown below.
Far superior than the upgrade option available through Albin (by Bristol Cushion) for the same price (and 40% of the price of a comparable Stidd).
Commercial quality, custom Llebroc chair (the brand now aboard all Deadliest Catch vessels).
Custom color scheme in ultra leather to match pre-existing upolstery.

Sweet seat Eric! When passing in the Annisquam this summer, pointing to your helm seat, I proclaimed "that's what I NEED". Thought it was a Stidd. Thanks for the post. Certainly going to look into that.

Wow! That's pretty sweet!

Which one do you have? I took a look around the website, the heat option would go over big with the admiral!

Quest has the baseic molded seats and I have been considering replacing them since I bought her. One model that has caught my attention is the Sailfish model by Llebroc. They make it in two versions - one standard and one where the forward portion of the seat flips up to become a bolster. I think this might be ideal. The seat can be slid forward to get a sitting position where you can easily reach the wheel and instruments and then flip up the bolster for operating while standing. They are moderately priced at $535 and $440 with and without the flip up bolster. Not as fancy as above but the lowere cost makes it more practical to buy a matching set.
